There are only a few opening pages to read in this book and then it's right to the recipes. The pictures that are included are lovely and make the food come alive on each page. I like how the author gives the prep time needed, what super foods are included in each recipe along with the health benefits as well. Most of the ingredients are things that are easily findable so I like that. These recipes are not specific to gluten or dairy free but I'm sure for those that have intolerances, most of the recipes can be modified. Recipes include selections for breakfast, side dishes, salads, soups, sweet items, baked goods, and main dishes, so something for everyone at all times of the day.

With these types of recipes there are a lot of seeds and nuts included so make sure you have your dental floss or toothpick ready. Besides that, yum!

I received a free copy of this book from Blogging for Books, for my honest review
